Interior of Anú Wellbeing House

About us

A multicultural home for healing and conscious growth.

We believe wellbeing is something we build together. Anú Wellbeing House is a welcoming home where individuals, practitioners and organisations come together through meaningful experiences, community and collaboration.

Our story

Created from a shared belief that no one should walk their path alone.

Anú was born from a simple belief: wellbeing grows through connection.

Founded by Bruna Asseiro and Katita Fogarty, Anú brings together holistic wellbeing, professional development and community under one roof, creating a place where people can heal, learn and grow together.

Inspired by the Celtic goddess Danu, a symbol of nourishment, wisdom and life, Anú reflects our commitment to creating spaces where people feel welcomed, supported and deeply connected — to themselves and to one another.

Our ecosystem

One house. Three pathways to wellbeing.

For Individuals

What we believe

What guides us

Multicultural with Purpose

We honour diversity as a living source of wisdom, connection and innovation. By bringing together different cultures, perspectives and traditions, we create a space where people feel welcomed, valued and inspired to learn from one another.

Healing as Culture

We believe wellbeing isn't a trend or a benefit — it's a way of living that shapes how we care for ourselves, relate to others and lead. Because lasting wellbeing is something we build together.

Community & Collaboration

We believe people grow in community, not in isolation. We value collaboration over competition, believing every voice, story and contribution enriches the collective. At Anú, we grow in circles, not hierarchies.

We'd love to welcome you.
