Yoga Classes

Hatha Flow — Saturdays 09:30am with Lua Vinyasa Flow — Mondays 7:30pm with Marcela

Whether you're looking to build strength through movement or slow down and reconnect through a more holistic practice, our Yoga classes offer two different ways to meet yourself on the mat.

Hatha Flow Yoga with Lua — every Saturday 9:30. A grounding and intentional practice for those seeking to slow down, reconnect with the body and experience Yoga beyond movement alone. Blending Hatha Yoga with pranayama, meditation and elements of mantra, Lua's classes invite greater presence, calm and connection — both on and beyond the mat. Open to all levels, including complete beginners.

Set Sequence Vinyasa Flow with Marcela — every Monday 7:30pm. A dynamic and playful practice for those who enjoy movement, flow and building strength. Following the same sequence over six weeks gives you the opportunity to become familiar with the postures, notice your progress and explore the practice with greater confidence each week. All levels are welcome, with space to find your own shapes, rhythm and centre.

Two practices. Two different rhythms. Find the one that meets you where you are. Facilitated in English.

Lua

Yoga Teacher

Lua is a Dublin-based Yoga teacher with a practice rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga and shaped by movement, breath and presence.

After living and studying Yoga in India, her understanding of the practice expanded far beyond the physical. Philosophy, pranayama, meditation and mantra became part of the way she understands and shares Yoga, not only as something we practise on the mat, but as something we can carry into everyday life.

Her classes blend Hatha Yoga with a soft, fluid approach, creating practices that feel grounded, welcoming and accessible to all levels.

Through her teaching, Lua invites people to reconnect with their bodies, slow down, breathe and experience movement as a ritual.

Marcela Gonzalez

Yoga Teacher

Marcela is a newly-qualified 200-hour yoga teacher, passionate about helping people find stability and strength through powerful flows and intentional breath. Focusing on curiosity and playfulness, students from all levels are welcome to find their own shapes and their own centre.

Her offering is a Set Sequence Vinyasa Flow — an all-levels 6-week course following a set sequence, every Monday from 7:30pm for 1 hour.
